Cranberry Pecan Brown Rice Stuffing

I ate the following dish at a friend’s house last week, and it was off the charts awesome! If you have about an hour of free time and you feel like cooking, definitely use the time to learn how to make this entrée. One recommendation: make a lot of it because you will love it! The dish is sort of spicy but it is also sweet, and this combination in addition to the cranberries gives this entrée a fitting holiday taste. The dish is called Cranberry Pecan Brown Rice Stuffing.

Sizzling Summer Steak

Ingredients: 2 lb. Top Round Beef Steak (organically raised and grass-fed beef is best)

Fiery Fruit Salsa!

Sweet mango is a welcome addition to this spicy chipotle salsa. Prep Time:15 min Start to Finish:15 min Makes:6 servings (1/3 cup each) Ingredients 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained 1/2 ripe medium mango, peeled, diced (3/4 cup) 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon finely chopped chipotle chile in adobo sauce 1/4 teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt Preparation Directions 1. In food processor, place drained tomatoes. Cover; process until coarsely chopped.
