How can I manage my order on Kilboa.com?
Login to your account on the Kilboa.com homepage. After logging in click the "My Account" link in the menu block on the left. On your account page click the "Orders" box under your user name. Click the order number to view its details or to reprint an invoice.
Is sales tax charged on purchases from your online store?
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to the State of Florida and is applicable only to non-supplement/food orders. If you ship to a florida address and purchase a personal care product, a pet product, a household good, a fitness product and/or an educational resource you will be taxed. If you purchase supplements or foods of any kind you will not be taxed.
Is Shopping on the Internet safe?
Using your credit card to buy over the Internet can be just as safe as using it to pay for dinner and a movie, as long as your internet merchant takes the right steps to ensure your security. Your personal information and credit card data are encrypted using SSL technology (secure socket layering). This security feature turns on automatically when you begin entering your personal billing and shipping information to ensure that no one has access to it except you and us. At that point, most browsers will display a "lock" symbol at the top or bottom of the screen to verify that the security feature is working. It will also change the page name to "https://..." The "S" stands for SECURE.
Our personal guarantee to you is as follows: In the unlikely event that your credit card number is mis-used as a result of your shopping with us, you will pay nothing. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If fraudulent charges do occur, we will pay the $50.00 on your behalf. If such an event does occur, you must notify your credit card provider immediately.
How are orders shipped?
Most orders received before 6 pm will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
For now we ship our orders via UPS Ground. Orders will arrive in 2-7 business days (after the item ships) depending on your location. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments may be available soon for non kettlebell orders. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday to be shipping days. APO/FPO shipments may take up to 3 weeks depending on the location of the base/fleet.
Our system automatically calculates your shipping based on your zip code and order total. After entering your zip code our system will display the available shipping options below.
You will receive an email notification when your order is received by UPS. The email will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking number. You can track your packages by clicking the link provided by UPS.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

What if I did not receive a confirmation/tracking email?
Sometimes, an email we send you may end up in your SPAM folder. Check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder for the email. If you find it, make sure to mark it "NOT Spam."
What if I don't see what I want?
We are adding to our selection as fast as we can, so if you don't see what you're looking for, check back soon. If you are aware of a company that carries what you want, please let us know and we'll contact them.
Most importantly, we want to make you happy. If we can't help you, we will try to find someone who can. Just give us a call.
Special Order Policy
We will gladly try to accommodate special request for items made by the manufacturers we carry.
Who sees my personal information? (Privacy Policy)
When you place an order with us, your personal information is secured and transmitted directly to us. We use that information to verify your credit card information and get your order to you. That's it. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we will send approximately one email per month regarding new additions, specials, etc.
We promise to never ever give out our customers' personal information to anyone (unless they're holding a warrant!)
About mailing lists, etc., we don't buy our customers, and we won't sell our customers... Period.
We use cookies to store information about your shopping cart... products, quantities, etc. NO personal information is stored in cookies.

Do you stock your inventory?
We try to stock everything we sell. If we are out of stock in the item you order we will simply let you know and provide a refund.
What if I have a question about an order I placed?
Just send us an email or give us a call at (561) 247-5452. We'll be glad to answer any questions you might have.
What if I changed my mind about my order?
Again, just send us an email or give us a call on the same day you've placed the order before 6 pm EST. We'll be glad to change or even cancel an order you've placed and void your credit card charge. If you've placed an order with us after 6 pm EST then you have until 6 pm EST on the following day to communicate your desired change. Our payment gateway batch processes credit card transactions.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Do you have a print catalog?
Our inventory changes and we are constantly adding new brands. We therefore do not offer a print catalog. Our website is the best way to keep our inventory quantities up to date to make it easier for you to shop with us.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship only in the continental US. If you'd like a kettlebell order shipped outside of the contiguous states give us a call.
Can you ship to an address different than my billing address?
We can ship to any shipping address you provide. Your billing address must match the address on file for the credit card you are using.
