Where We Ship

At this time, Kilboa.com only offers products for sale in the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and all off-shore U.S. territories)

We do also ship to all APO/FPO addresses.

How We Ship

Most orders received before 6 pm will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

For now we ship our orders via UPS Ground. Orders will arrive in 2-7 business days (after the item ships) depending on your location. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments may be available soon for non kettlebell orders. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday to be shipping days.  APO/FPO shipments may take up to 3 weeks depending on the location of the base/fleet.

Our system automatically calculates your shipping based on your zip code and order total. After entering your zip code our system will display the available shipping options below.

You will receive an email notification when your order is received by UPS. The email will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking number. You can track your packages by clicking the link provided by UPS.

Tracking Confirmation

Once your orders ships we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order.  Sometimes that e-mail may end up in your SPAM folder. Check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder for the email. If you find it, make sure to mark it "NOT Spam."

Packaging Methods


Prior to shipping the orders will be packed carefully and in such a way as would under normal circumstances protect and prevent damage during shipping.  In packaging  the products, we will use best efforts to utilize environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Rates for Supplement, Food, Personal Care, Pet Care, and Children's Product Orders (Non Kettlebell Orders)

UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more is FREE (*for shipping prices on kettlebells see below)

UPS Ground shipping on orders of less than $75.00 is a flat rate of $6.99 (*for shipping prices on kettlebells see below)

All orders placed by 6PM EST are shipped the next business day.
