Functional Strength Training vs. Isolation Training

When I was first introduced to "functional training" several years ago, I knew it would revolutionize my old way of training, not only in the results achieved, but also by adding some fun into the old isolation training routines that had me in the gym for 1-2 hours. Here's a great article by Ken Kashubara that explains why functional training works.  Whether you're a ball player, golfer, surfer, or couch potato; functional training offers great results and fast.
